2. We have 7 specifications for you to choose, which are listed above (The price is an average one and will change with the extent of intricacy of paintings and the amount of order. If other specification is needed, please let us know.)

3. Order: Clients can order all oil paintings shown in our website. Provided there's no one fit for your need, please send the drawing draft or picture sample to our mailbox and we'll soon arrange a most suitable painter to better finish your painting.

4. Purchase: You can place orders via email. When you're satisfied with some paintings, you can note down the number and email us the relevant number, specification and purchasing amount. Once receiving our reply, please telegraph payment for goods as well as freight to our account. If you want to order a great amount of purchase or paintings made to measure, production period is needed and will be certain according to the amount, thus contact in advance with us is necessary.

6. Goods delivery:

a): Transaction in a FOB way
Once receiving your payment notice(50% advance payment ), we'll paint for you immediately. The left 50% payment should be paid off before delivery and your ordered paintings will be delivered to you through EMS, UPS, TNT or FEDEX.
b): Transaction in a CIF way
Once receiving your payment notice(50% advance payment ), we'll paint for you immediately. The left 50% payment as well as freightage should be paid off before delivery and your ordered paintings will be delivered to you through EMS, UPS, TNT, FEDEX , air-ferry or shipping.
c): Other directions
1). Once you receive your ordered commodity, please notice us through email or other means.
2). If you find the commodity seriously damaged, please notice us through email or other means instead of accepting it. We'll soon contact the transport company and give you a satisfying answer.
3). If you're not satisfied with the commodity, we would give you a full refund while you should pay the whole ferriage cost.
4). We provide common oil canvas, linen as well as board. The price of linen will increase by 10% and that of board will increase by 100%.
5). Providing the total amount of your purchase surpasses $2,000, a preferential payment of 5% is available. If the total amount surpasses $5,000, a preferential payment of 8% will be given. Once it is over $10,000, the preferential payment will be 10% and when it surpasses $20,000, the favorable price is 13%.
